Our Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries across the United States, throughout AGIC Energy’s active regions, and to select international destinations, always in full compliance with local shipping regulations.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• United States:(all states, excluding territories with special restrictions) .
• Caribbean: Dominican Republic, St. Eustatius, and other serviced islands.
• Europe: Spain, Netherlands, Germany.
• Middle East: United Arab Emirates.
• Africa: Nigeria, Zambia, Gambia, and other approved regions.
• Other Countries:Shipping is available depending on shipping restrictions in compliance with local regulations

Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom/Bulk Orders: For large-scale products such as containerized battery systems or cold room solar solutions, processing can take 10–15 business days depending on configuration requirements.

• Standard Ground Shipping for the – USA
• Air Freight – For urgent small to medium shipments
• Sea Freight – For large solar panels, container systems, high-capacity batteries, and other large products

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Free shipping may be available on certain promotional products within the USA and select regions.
• Bulk orders and large freight shipments will be quoted individually by our logistics team.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees set by the destination country.
• These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs delays may extend delivery times beyond original estimates.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier, and a replacement or refund will be arranged if confirmed lost.
