We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items that are used, damaged (unless defective upon receipt), or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please note, your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: In most cases, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Exceptions: If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
